My back has been really sore since last night’s show. So I spent some time during the day looking at recommended furniture for broadcasting. I found an awesome chaise lounge chair that is made for sex! It’s over $600 so not an impulse buy. So I went with a cheaper option of a wedge pillow. It’s made specifically for sex and had great reviews. I can’t wait for it to get here.
But, I was still unhappy with the recliner. So when I got home, I was determined to get my couch upstairs. My first attempt got the couch on the stairs, but the feet got stuck on the stair and I wouldn’t be able to push it up. I took off the feet which left the bottom of the couch smooth. I manuvered it onto the stairs and pushed it up one stair at a time. I started facing the couch and using my shoulders. Once I got on the stairs, I turned around, kinda sat on the stair with the couch on my upper back and used my legs to provide force to propel it up the stairs. I just kept going one stair at a time until the could leveled out and I could let go.
While I had a plan and was 95% sure I could do it, I’m pretty impressed with myself.
I still had more work to do. I got it positioned in the room, vacuumed all the cat and dog hair off of it, covered it with a blanket and loaded it up with pillows.It’s so much more comfortable than the chair and it gives me more options.
After all that work, I decide to soak in epson salt in hopes that my back doesn’t ache too much tomorrow. Then I made some egg salad for dinner. I relaxed for a bit. Then at 9:24 I started broadcasting. I knew it was going to be a short broadcast, so I could get to bed at a decent time. The only memerable tipper was Click. He started by tipping in 4s.
